The Apartment

The apartment is entered with a keycode on the 3rd floor of the building through a cloakroom corridor where you can hang up wet clothes and leave outdoor shoes. Then it opens onto the dining room (large traditional wooden table for 12) and living room, comfortable with two large sofas around a coffee table, a TV set with DVD and Play Station 3 available, as well as a selection of home games, and a balcony on the mountain. The next room is a large kitchen, with the same orientation, very well equipped with a large familiy fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, electric plates, a coffee machine, a microwave and electric boiler, a raclette machine. A corridor to the left guides us through to the "kids" room on the left with 4 beds next to a separate double room (two beds) with a commode, a balcony and superb view on the valley. The corridor continues to the right and the first bathroom with bath/shower, toilets and washing machine on the right of the corridor and cubboards on the left. At the corner of the corridor to the left, a second double bedroom (two beds) with a commode, a window view towards Courchevel 1650 and ensuite bathroom including bath and toilets. At the end of the corridor, bending further to the right, the master bedroom with a similar view towards 1650, a double bed and commode, also an en-suite bathroom (bath/shower and toilets). The flat is equipped internally with electric heating, and benefits from the building general heating.There is a large and moderne elevator to get to the appartment and down to the parking and access to the road to Courchevel. A small step of stairs on the ground floor terrasse is a short cut towards the downslope access or the road.
